The debate over whether to wear ski helmets while skiing has been ongoing for many years. However, the sad death of Natasha Richardson, last year has brought the issue to public attention.

There have always been conflicting views about the effectiveness of helmets for skiing. And ‘the actress Natasha Richardson to be alive if she was wearing a helmet? There is no definite answer to this question, but it is clear that the helmet can protect the head from injury in a collision, the head relative to the situation in which the helmet does not take it.
